Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Lumvre products. If you are not completely satisfied we are here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately at lumvresupport@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Non Returnable Items
Opened or partially used skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
