Processing Time

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $35.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it please check around your property and with neighbors first. If you are still unable to locate your package contact us at lumvresupport@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately at lumvresupport@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
